II. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers have 30 days from the day received their item to request a replacement, refund or return

1. Replacement order

We will offer replacement items if following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content, printing quality, material quality

To request a replacement order, please send Amawear support some pictures of item at Amawearshop@gmail.com 

2. Return order

If you are not Completely satisfied, we offer 100% money back guarantee, please do exactly following instructions to return your order:

1. Pack all the returned items and ship the package to this address: 1821 Ernest Ave, Missoula MT 59801.Then provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers
2. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify about the refund

3. Exchange order

A: We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size in the order size. Exchange color is not acceptable in any case because we're printing-on demand company
